Online Payments
Harris County UD 14 has teamed up with First Billing Services to provide enhanced and additional payment options.
If water service has been terminated, please contact our office to obtain the correct reconnection balance. Any payments made to restore service must be reported to our office to initiate service restoration. Tampering with the meter or district utilities may result in additional fees.

New Customer Information
New residents are required to pay a connection fee and provide a security deposit prior to their account being activated. In addition to these fees, the district requires a signed service agreement on file.

Those customers not establishing service in person are required to provide a notarized copy of the Customer Service Agreement.
Water Conservation
Inside the Home
- Wash only full loads of clothes and dishes
- Never leave water running while brushing your teeth
- Repair leaky fixtures such as faucets and toilets
Outside the Home
- Water plants and yard only when necessary
- Never water or use sprinklers during the heat of the day
- If feasible, wash the vehicle on your lawn, not in the driveway where the runoff will be lost to the sewer
